Clark Sweat is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® trainer and trusted facilitator who partners with teams during moments of growth, transition, and strategic change. Through BrickPlay, Clark delivers workshops and certification programs that help organizations unlock collective intelligence, strengthen collaboration, and turn complex challenges into tangible solutions.
With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in national nonprofit organizations, Clark brings a steady, practical approach to organizational challenges. He has led teams that have generated more than $8 billion for charitable causes and is known for combining strategic clarity with hands-on leadership.
Clark first experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in 2018 and was immediately drawn to its power to create conditions where every voice matters and the best ideas emerge naturally. He pursued certification and eventually advanced training, becoming authorized to certify others in this transformative methodology. Today, Clark facilitates workshops globally and trains aspiring facilitators through highly selective certification programs offered just three times per year.
